The Senators vote matter because their signature is needed for contest in the House. It is not a vote. The ultimate vote will go to the House if Pense does not end the madness or initiate an audit for transparency. Article 12 would be the last option which the House will have 1 vote per State.
The 2 sets of delegates in every swing State is why the Senators contested claim matter. The support is required by Constitutional law.
