The FDA KNOWS Leronlimab is safe. They know it’s SAFE! That is such a massive hurdle and the open label expansion means, definitively, that they are comfortable with that FACT.
The benefit threshold, given that, could be much lower than what I see people on here posting about, imo. If it saves 1/10 severe or critical, is it worth it, when nothing else moves the needle in that population? How about 1/20?
The stuff is safe as pure water, any benefit will at least get an EUA with the state of this pandemic. The results can’t come soon enough!
