Many of them claim to know something.
I don't know nuttin', except, that 2B shares were bought by people willing to pay more for each/every share. Who are they and why are they paying higher PPS for ONCI shares?
Many posters on this board have made statements in the past that the best thing that could happen was if ONCI was managed by a different team. Some feel that could be in the works.
