Philippines' Duterte has buddied up with China.
Isn't there reasonable alarm that Duterte might pass along some LL to the Chinese, who would definitely reverse engineer it? You really don't think china wouldn't like to get their paws on this?
It will happen.
Why should we give China the solution to a genocidal nightmare China intentionally caused?
Not to mention all the other indications of LL.
