"Accrued Liabilities"..is such an interesting play on words while describing the "setting aside of $$$" every year to principally payoff....known and upcoming litigation cases...and subsequent fines.......someone once said..roping 20,000 lawyers and casting them into the sea..was a good start. My apologies to any GOOD lawyer on this board...that is to say IF we can find one..
