I get your point. There have been a number of opportunities that have not gone as expected.
Let’s see the details of the package and also get more information on the IPO etc. As rjs already pointed out, there has to be a rational reason for doing this now. Hopefully one that creates value for shareholders.
Many investors are feeling pain from this downtrend. I am overweight in GNBT based on the expectations Generex as presented along with wanting to be part of NGIO’s birth and listing. Still waiting somewhat impatiently for things to come together. At the end of the day I was the one who made the decision to invest. Ultimately it is my responsibility. My future reward will be worth whatever short term discomfort I currently suffer.
