Like others have said, it makes sense that the limitation was put into place for a simple reason. Save the doses for the pts who could most benefit. Sad that LL needs to be triaged. We are at the apex of daily deaths in the USA and literally have one solution to critical cases. Imagine if the FDA decided to help a month or two ago...
