The problem is that Gates has limited their definition of MABs to those specific to the Covid virus specifically, they state:
“Another approach to treatment you may have read about is called monoclonal antibodies. These are created by taking the antibodies in the blood of COVID-19 survivors and flowing them past a spike protein to see which ones stick the most.”
When people draw their own boundaries around a problem it is very difficult to get them to see outside those boundaries - regardless of how smart (or wealthy) they are.
