#1stocker, quercetin is a must with the zinc, LOTS of vitamin C. Add a baby aspirin each day with Zyrtec and PepsidAC too. Luckily I take a prophylactic kidney protector (losartan) but it is very similar to Lisinopril (Lisinopril and losartan basically do the same thing — but in different ways. Lisinopril belongs to the classification of drugs called ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) inhibitors, while losartan is in the ARB (angiotensin II receptor-blocker) class.)

I added a steroidal inhaler (thanks Grandma) at the first sign of chest/lung issues. Budesonide/formoterol but any steroid inhaler should work.
