Zinc 40-50 mg/day taken with a Zinc ionophore like Quercetin or EGCG (green tea extract)
Amazon has two combination products that contain these in addition to Vit C and Vit D
One is by "Sun Nutritionals" another is from MediCoveHealth
Dietary Supplements are not rigorously tested by the FDA and in as much multiple studies have proven varying amounts of supplement in most products. They will vary in both directions. In my effort to mitigate that issue I alternate these two products with a third day taking individual components.
I would also see if your primary care doctor would be willing to prescribe Ivermectin off label. He/she may need to give you a diagnosis of Scabes and the pharmacy may question the dosing regiment.
