There were 6 GvHD trials shut down this year due to slow enrollment. All of those trials are labeled as such and have been updated. CYDY’s GvHD trial hasn’t been updated since 2018 and it should’ve been as the DSMC halted the trial for lack of efficacy and the protocol was changed. We’ll see if they update it accordingly. I don’t buy the slow accrual excuse and I’ll be pleasantly surprised if they restart the trial in the future because GvHD, although a small indication, is an unmet need.
