True, and the financial reports will verify most of that. They may have extended the original agreement due to Covid related delays, but either way they should file an 8-K when the agreement is officially modified/renewed. Prior to a filing with the SEC, we aren't likely to see an announcement about it. I could be wrong, but I don't believe they normally release PR's about a business deal prior to filing the required form(s) with the SEC.
