Good point so ppl just aren’t flowing the rules. That’s possible but what about counties like Kuwait. Where if you don’t follow the rules they will fine you 25k and deport you out of the country or imprison you. Or just beat your ass in the side of the road.

Kuwait locked down completely for 1 month when I was deployed back in August. They don’t play by the same rules it was a ghost town for 30 days with the exception of the government and some workers.

The virus continued to spread and eventually Kuwait opened back up because the lockdowns weren’t working as the expected and it became useless.

Maybe it slowed the spread ?! Not sure but the numbers climbed at an alarming rate even with complete lockdowns.

I was there for 7 months during the start of covid.
