Florida has a much higher infection rate than NY. Third after California and Texas. They do have lockdowns in Florida for the most vulnerable and the smart ones are acting as if there was a lockdown, not eating and drinking around strangers or getting together in large groups.

What would the infection rates be without the lockdowns, as pathetic and half-hearted as they have been? They have lockdowns for sporting events in Florida too. You can't say they don't have lockdowns.
