Some more numbers ...
Many thanks to BigtimerDC keen eye; he pointed out to an error in the last table I had posted in regards to the number of deaths vs p-Values.
Basically the last third of the table did not have the right number of Success (survivors) for the corresponding number of Deaths. My spreadsheet was referencing the total number from the block above (I copied it and did not change the reference). My apologies. Please find below the corrected table.
The good news is that this improves the numbers in our favor. With 34.7% reduction in deaths our 2-tailed p-value is now 0.036 (was 0.0721 before). So, for example, 47/36 deaths (Vyrologix/SOC) would have a statistically significant p-value.
We are rapidly arriving to "show-time", hopefully we will be receiving some very good news soon .
