I agree with you. It would be very difficult to do anything with our current form of government. What if both political parties weren't a factor anymore? What if a new political party was formed? Would a Constitutional Convention be on the horizon to initiate Congressional and Supreme Court term limits and Federal voter-ID laws? I mean that is the beauty of our Constitution...we have the power to manage it (our government)!
