According to Joe in a CC, the audit of the 2019 K was because Generex had so many acquisitions. The audit took a year and everything was cleared. I think it’s only been a couple months since then.

I appreciate the more open back and forth of the Generex CCs. Otherwise, it’s easily scripted. I agree some callers go on too long, but last time it was limited to one question with one follow up and Joe would ask other company executives to clarify on their area of expertise.
