We’ve been listening to Mulholland telling us all year about the share price requirements for NASDAQ and one of his duties was to oversee the uplisting application process.

So the fact that *he* sells shares multiple times and undercuts the pps strikes me as indefensible, especially when we’re weeks away from CD12 results. We’ve heard retirement, taxes, his wife, every excuse under the sun.

Will the pps recover? Of course. 100%. Maybe even today.

Nevertheless, MM could have and should have canceled those automatic sell orders until he finished *his* task of uplisting, or until CD12 earns LL an EUA.
