They're predetermined prices. Once they vest he has the option to set sell prices that execute when a price level is reached.
He's selling shares that were compensation. I get that he's probably the conservative one of the group is but I am a bit surprised that he's not keeping more if his shares. But I don't know his situation.
In the end it doesn't matter.
