I don't get it either.
When I first looked at PTOI ten years ago, the math showed that the company was dead on arrival but the founder was very persuasive. Shareholders have been convinced and now no amount of failure can sway their opinion.
With the founder throwing anything and everything into press releases, shareholders have all found their own personal tidbit of information on which they feel they can hang their hat as proof that PTOI is the real deal.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
