That is so so if they were cleared there is nothing you can do referencing the the direct hiring of that person. If the person lied then yes they can be disciplined but that also has a limit due to years worked and the flexing that is allowed that tolerancing <---IQ only 117 but still think the damn dictionary needs a few newer words from yours truly....newer humm need to work on that one too!
