Based upon my informal observations, there is not much correlation any longer between the German market and the U.S. Market. Shorts and manipulators know the U.S. market reads the German market as if it were an OTC premarket. But, it no longer acts as our OTC premarket IMHO. Read the tea leaves from Germany at your own peril.
