Hawks...yes that about does it as for Nixon....I think he was way over his head...heck I didn't even remember that Nixon was Ike's VP. Big changes where stating to happen in the mid to late 50's with us kids so no doubt that started to emerge. Baby boomers...this is why I mention demographics and the studies as such which involve so many demographic curves. What age and what are the driving demographic needs.
Anyways, I seen Nixon as a total jerk back then and never looked back however, I must say us kids changed the world and will tell you something again that I posted many many months ago. I was at a city recreation pool several years ago and the life guards and other staff were playing music from the1960's. I made a couple of comments about those days and they wanted to know all about this generation. They told me you guys sure screwed up things and I said how is that? I sincerely don't recall what the kids mentioned but I turned to them and explained we got our a$$ and heads kicked in when we were young and wanted to break the mode our parents placed us in (at least me) and we did. I further explained that by our parents doing some of the things that we hated and that by today's standards would have the parents locked up we have what is called a foundation. So if we lived through all this mess of the 1960's we had a strong foundation to fall back on. I explained in today's world that seems to be not important because the kids just don't understand this until it is far too late.
Yes Trump's mouth has costed him but as you know we were taught to never give up. I will say I never learned when to give up but with my sincerely life cards dealt to me at no fault to anyone I choose to still never give up. This is probably or at least is a tiny reason I won't give up on Trump but I don't see a truck load of Senators standing behind Trump but if they are I sure don't see them yet....as if it will never happen, never give up so maybe a belated Christmas gift but it still might have rough edges but I'll take it instead of Biden but damn Trump stop screaming that just won't work.... let your House & Senate members do the talking.
