So in your opinion is there a possibility that the FDA will permit payment to Cytodyne under the EIND protocol.
If your answer is yes do you think as I do that the patient, and not the government or insurance, will be responsible for payment.
If your answer is again yes do you think Cytodyne's management, given the pandemic crisis at hand, would accept direct payment from patients.
