How I read this - Oasis has a bigger stake in Generex success (NGIO and GNBT) 1M shares is far too less for them to dump w.r.t the other deals they have. I think this money - GNBT would need for one of those SOWs...and apparently looks like they are short of money to proceed... where Oasis helped out for a good deal.
