Vietnamese citizens can now trade locally (from Vietnam).
And, judging by the OTC ticker share prices posted on the Picture,
Vietnamese citizens can now trade
INTERNATIONALLY on the OTC Market in the USA too.
I want you all to imagine this:
Money/Cash/Funds/Currency/Crypto-Currency streams from Vietnam being invested in OTC Stocks, and presumably/eventually the U.S. Stock Exchanges.
