Had a question re the inhaled version of Brilacidin. A friend I talked to mentioned that the FDA is strict with inhaled versions of any drug (as it goes directly into the lungs). Is it possible that IPIX may have to do Phase 1 trials with an inhaled version of Brilacidin even though it has such a high safety profile? Honestly, I would have thought that IPIX would instead pursue the pill form of Brilacidin to be absorbed through the small intestine (BDD Pharma) or use i2o Therapeutics tech (i2obio.com).
