I contacted Fidelity a few weeks ago and was told that they won't lend out my shares since I don't buy on margin. According to the rep I spoke with only margined shares can be lent out to shorts.

Also, I wouldn't be comfortable with a stop at $15. Over the last 9 months I've seen a number of Covid related stocks have incredible one day run ups and they didn't have the possibilities that Leronlimab does. Unless you'd be happy with $15, I'd put the stop much further out. IMHO
