Market open for a half day tomorrow (12/24), Christmas Eve.
Why a half day and not close market for a full day? If a stock is not quoted within 4 full days, it loses it's market maker status. That's why the half day comes into effect.
A fun fact:
Any suspended OTC Market stock turns into gray market automatically per this rule.
So any OTCM stock suspended for 10 days whether it be due to delinquency or suspected fraud will automatically turn grey market.
