The window to apply according to a Philippine publication was on the 14th of December. Another follow up report on the 16th said at that time no company had applied with a vaccine or a therapeutic . Check it out on Newsinfo.inquirer.net ..it is my reference. NP stated as soon as the window opened they would apply . So we possibly got NP’d on this .it will happen but NP being loose with how he presents information and especially timeframes to shareholders..its why I am glad we aren’t on Nasdaq yet because on analyst calls , he cannot be loose with his words .
