Yes, this (Merck MK-7110) does seem like a strong drug, with full trial results imminent. Enrollment was complete in September. This OWS announcement could be followed very quickly with an announcement of trial results and then a request for EUA.
Ohm, what do you think about the science on this one and the trial design?
They didn't use mortality as an endpoint, but it does seem that they accepted patients similar to the LL trial.
