Last operational update was dec 2 and dec 3- Dr Browns missive also Dec 3-not that long since then. They didnt say by dec 15-they said a more flexible "early to mid december". If a month is split into 3 parts middle of month would be til dec 20-21. Then once it is time for another PR the news is probably passed by legal counsel and maybe the board etc first-things take time.

I would be hard pressed to remember any company completing something earlier than expected -thats just life -same thing happens in our personal lives - so in dealing with ca 24 Israeli agencies and inspection which apparently happened in last 2 weeks...
They also supposedly finished training Israeli rig operators.

Doesnt mean the worst case scenario-i.e., some part missing-that should have been catalogued coming and going from port. Where does china mentioned by one basher come into this- as far as i remember china has nothing to do w this - rig and crew are from Romania area- a ca 9 day trip by sea.
