PTOI's YTD *Volume* @ the EO November 2020 = 11.6M~ (2009/2010 run up/hand off)
note another OTC target .. NRs' abusive efforts in play since 2014/2015 (run up/hand off) .. NR injected massive bogus volume in 2020 .. YTD Volume on this OTC target is pushing 600M for this year's effort
