Haven't had a chance to look at the Q yet... but maybe (probably) there is something we don't know, and the $6MM payroll won't cost us 30+MM shares.
The phrasing "the stock portion is expected to be issued by January 31, 2021" doesn't seem too rigid. So maybe there is some flexibility there. As hungry as all these guys are to get paid, they would know it's not in their best interest to drive the bus into a ditch in order to get withering shares... especially if they have visibility to NGIO timeline, etc.
So hopefully, the $1MM cash will tide them over until NGIO list, Excellagen movement, NGHealth cash flow, etc.
