just my opinion:
nothing much will happen until they have the 5 million payment. only then can they pull the trigger on vaccine trials. I'm sure they're broke and that it's pay-go right now. beyond that, no likelihood of spin until valuation, and unlikely that valuation can be completed until 5 million is received and trials start...or some combination of these factors/events. its a mess.
personally, I find it counter-productive for Gennie to post stuff on FB touting their vaccine until they have a vaccine. while it may be true, and I hope for everyone that their pronouncements are accurate and true, it's as likely to be interpreted as hollow.
