There has always been dialogue of companies interested in our products but to my recollection never an announcement of who. Speculation and assumed individuals were the result of due diligence. As effective as our “patented “ technology is what difference does knowing who uses it matter? It matters a lot to the people who invest in a company who doesn’t communicate with shareholders information that will make them comfortable with their investment. ACS is making money....WHY? Would there have been a reverse split if we were getting paid for our IP. Shareholders should be furious for this lapse in transparency. It’s most irregular for a company to disregard shareholders as individuals who should be the last to know.....anything.
