Dirk, I say true.
From my reading, the indictment and the suit only mention the finger prick blood test, not the saliva test. I've deducted since May that DECN stopped the finger prick blood test in lieu of the saliva test.
Therefore DECN's full efforts have been on developing, testing and making application for approval with XPrize and FDA on the Saliva test.
The indictment and suit regarding the blood test, to me as an investor is a dead dog. Brian B
