hi. no they haven't said anything about a reverse split. I've been in for years n they have not done one.
a buyback would be possible. however I think with the amount of new attention they will be getting. this share structure might be neccessary to fight off corp takeovers, and to have incase of merger acquisitions..

its a large amount but I've seen worse do better...
