Nobody has disputed that QMC and Innova have some sort of partnership and Squires said at the Kansas trial that the HealthId App is bundled with Innova's tests.

So if Innova speaks, IMO QMC is included in those activities.
QMC is under NDA and can't divulge Innova IP and other matters.
Also, Innova is a private company and not under SEC reporting like public companies.
