Abbott’s $25 Rapid Virus Test Cleared for At-Home Use
Abbott, which sells BinaxNOW for $5, said the $25 cost will include both the test and eMed’s services.

When this test was originally approved for POC it was estimated that at home use would add approximately $10 of cost for the ability to report the results to CDC. Here you see $20 just to report the results.
