I disagree, with a thousand people dying daily from COVID19. One could consider the sale of Leronlimab to another country as a national security issue. Just look at what happened to 3M when they wanted to sell N-95 masks to other countries a few months ago.
I actually predicted this as a potential issue CytoDyn last year.
