I agree with CTMedic (not the nice thing he said about my analysis, but the rest).
@seeking37 - yes, I'm pretty sure that Fife will be free to trade these right away. I'm not aware of a waiting period. But, he won't offer all the shares at the market at the open. He knows how to sell without crashing the price.
Fife has been lending money to CYDY for quite some time and getting repaid in shares, which he then sells. He makes a lot of money. CYDY gets to stay in business and try and prove that our drug works. Should be a win-win.
CTMedic rightfully says that it is all about the drug, the trial results, and, eventually, revenue.
