It was in essence non-dilutive at the time the loan was entered.
The loan was entered into on November 10, 2020.
On November 10, 2020, CYDY closed at $2.02.
The conversion was done today at $3.40, $1.38 above the closing trading price at the time the loan was entered into.
It's the fees I find bothersome, not the minimal dilution, but remember, CYDY is pre-revenue, so you can't walk into BofA for a loan.
