Less than a PENNY (one cent) dilution per my calculations. Since I am not an expert here, could someone proof my method and calculations:
Todays closing price = $4.995
Conversion price = $3.40
Difference = $1.595
Times 2,205,882 shares = $3,518,381.70
Shares outstanding = 570,750,000
Divide by shares outstanding = Dilution per shares outstanding = $0.0061644 per share
Round up to one cent
The minor negative (one cent per share) certainly is less than the benefit of the $7,500,000 remaining in CyDy's bank account, possibly useful to obtain an uplist to Nasdaq.
