Amberjacks are fun fish to catch. Its not uncommon to catch one that is forty to fifty pounds and you'll feel like you're in a battle with Moby Dick when one bites your hook. And, in my opinion, they are a right tasty fish.

Yes grouper is a very tasty fish. Have you tried trigger fish? They are my favorite seafood along with scallops and shark.
