Craigakess, there you go again acting like we are only dealing with the FDA.
The FDA would probably have no say in whether or not we sold inventory to the Philippines but some other agency would, no doubt.
You say no blowback - can you guarantee such a sale wouldn't interfere with the possible future help from OWS or some other agency that could help facilitate the massive production of Leronlimab that should be undertaken?
Could other political forces that are already letting BP whisper sweet nothing into their ears tell the FDA to slow-walk any approvals Cytodyn might be seeking?
