In terms of actual verifiable company news?
That would be November 2011 when UNVC elected to go dark.
I no longer consider 'tweets', 'dots', published personal messages or even the very kindly shared due diligence to be news, as over the 3+ years I have been invested nothing has come of it. Not a single thing.
Being somewhat involved in the industry, I truly believed in Doctor Dalton and UNVC, and more importantly what I hoped they would do to address and rectify our broken healthcare system, but that is no longer the case - rather than live with continual disappointment I have reluctantly chosen to move on. I have now sold the large majority of my shares, nearly all of which were long term holds - and the rest will go when the price drops to the level I paid for it, which based on current trends will be in the next week or two. It is what it is.
These days I read the boards more out of interest than investment. I still hope that Univec can truly transform healthcare for the greater good, and if investors can enrich themselves whilst doing so, all the better.
Each to their own, and I sincerely wish everyone the best.
