Well tomato tomato, you know what I mean. Their contracts always have some small unclear wording. They could have said Upon establishment and funding of the Joint Entity, the JE will pay GNBT $5M upfront fee. But we always have to guess at what it is supposed to mean. Thanks for clarifying that better than the company does!
