Went out to dinner for the fist time in several weeks as I feel half way human again.
Got some texts from Joe. Nothing too exciting.
He confirms no concerns with China but when dealing with their government at a very high level things happen when they happen. Purely a slow down due to setting up the company as reported.
Reminded me the Ansen(spelling?) deal was terminated so no shares going to them.
Says OTC Markets gets updated weekly if there are changes. Only "put" out a few hundred thousand shares so far.
There is one major piece missing on NGIO valuation. Waiting on Marshall Stevens and nothing to be done to hurry the process as it needs to be independent like an audit.
