Why is there any moaning over this last 8-K, even if it was amended? This is good news! The holdup was not GNBT’s fault. $5,000,000 by Dec. 31st. That is saving 23-25 million share dilution!
The share count has held steady at 108,983,989, so maybe that will be the final outstanding total now that $$$ are arriving. The only thing that is interesting is a sell/ask for 400,000 @ .235 Could be someone looking for a 2020 tax break. It will be interesting if it is still there tomorrow now that funding dollars will be arriving.
